SonoSim to Expand Ultrasound Education into North American Nursing Market with Elsevier

Breakthrough ultrasound education solution to expand into nursing programs

PHILADELPHIA, May 19, 2017 /CNW/ – SonoSim, Inc., a leading global provider of ultrasound education and training, and Elsevier, the information analytics company specializing in science and health, announced an agreement to expand ultrasound education into nursing programs in North America. This agreement aims to accelerate the adoption of bedside ultrasound and empower nurses to make faster, better decisions and avoid errors at the point of care through access to the most complete and trusted evidence-based ultrasound content.

“SonoSim provides the most comprehensive ultrasound educational content to effectively teach nurses to evaluate many commonly encountered conditions in a non-invasive way. The SonoSim Ultrasound Full Library – powered by Elsevier will include 58 SonoSim® lessons, with topics including Anatomy & Physiology, Core Clinical, Advanced Clinical and Ultrasound-Guided Procedures.
