SonoSim® GME Package
- The SonoSim® Support team will help you successfully implement the SonoSim® GME package.
- SonoSim® Membership provides registered users unrestricted access to all SonoSim® Modules (Courses, Assessments, and SonoSimulator® Hands-On Scanning Cases) for the duration of your license.
- SonoSim® Care provides registered users limited product warranty, customer service, and technical support, with eligibility to receive free software updates and upgrades for the duration of your license.
Step 1: User Registration
Click the below link and complete the User Registration Form. Be sure to provide each user’s full name and email address. Provide the name and email address of the designated SonoSim®
GME Package administrator. Submit the completed form to .
A SonoSim user account will be established for each individual for whom a full name and email address is provided. The maximum numbers of active users is determined by the number of licensed seats in your SonoSim® GME Package. If a student is not registered as a user, he or she will not be able to access the SonoSim® Training Modules.
Each registered user will be able to access the SonoSim® Ultrasound Training Solution by entering his or her user name and password.

Each registered user’s performance data will be saved and can be accessed at any time by the SonoSim® GME Package administrator via the SonoSim® Performance Tracker.
The SonoSim® GME Package administrator can re-assign a user’s seat based on institutional licensing criteria, typically on an annual basis. Once a user’s seat has been re-assigned to a new user, the previous user’s account will no longer be active and will be archived in the SonoSim® Performance Tracker.
Step 2: Software Installation
Your SonoSim® Support Team will ensure a successful program launch and seamless user experience. Installation of the SonoSim® Ultrasound Training Solution typically can be successfully performed by individual users in minutes.
However, given the variation in individual user computer operating systems and software applications, it is highly recommended to have users install the SonoSim® Ultrasound Training Solution a minimum of 30 days prior to the designated start date of ultrasound training.
This is especially important with class sizes of 100+ users, as this will provide time to ensure that all systems are optimally configured and users are familiar with all the features of the SonoSim® Ultrasound Training Solution prior to the training start date. Learn more…
Upon receipt of your SonoSim® GME Package, have your IT support staff schedule an appointment with a SonoSim® Support Team Member to walk them through the initial installation process.
Instruct each individual registered user to access the SonoSim Technical Specifications page to ensure his or her PC meets minimum system requirements. The SonoSim® Support team can also provide in-person support (e.g., software installation assistance) for registered users during designated “SonoSim Days” at respective institutions.
Please schedule a SonoSim® Support team visit to your institution at least 30 days prior to the anticipated start date of training. Schedule a SonoSim Day at your Institution.
Step 3: Schedule a SonoSim® GME Package Overview Session
The SonoSim® GME Package provides each registered user at your institution 24/7 access to his or her own SonoSim® Ultrasound Training Solution.
The SonoSim® Ultrasound Training Solution is the easiest method to learn ultrasonography. New features, content, and capabilities are added on a monthly basis, in response to your needs and requests! Many of these improvements are instantly accessible by registered users by virtue of SonoSim’s cloud-based content and software-management system.
Please contact your SonoSim Representative to schedule a SonoSim® GME Package overview session prior to launching your program.
Step 4: Learn about the SonoSim® Performance Tracker
Your SonoSim® GME Package provides ultrasound education, hands-on training, and performance tracking. The SonoSim® GME Package administrator designated during the User Registration step will have access to individual user and group performance metrics.
