Logging in to the SonoSim Dashboard

SSO - Single Sign On Login

Your username was sent to you in your welcome email.

If you have forgotten your username and/or password, please go to sonosim.com/login and click “SonoSim Webstore.” From there, you can click “Lost your password?” at the bottom right hand corner.

First, ensure you are logging into the correct login portal:

If you received SonoSim through an institution (e.g., university, hospital, sim center, etc.), log in through the SonoSim Dashboard. From there, you can access your products, including SonoSim® Courses and SonoSim® Performance Tracker.

If you purchased a Personal Solution from the website, click the SonoSim Webstore login, where you can renew your modules, purchase new products, and edit your account information.

Your administrator will be responsible for generating your login credentials. You will receive a welcome email with login credentials as soon as your administrator creates your account.

If you were provided login credentials but have forgotten your username and/or password, please either contact your administrator or contact SonoSim Support by emailing support@sonosim.com or calling us at 855-873-7666 (6am-6pm PST).

Only web products purchased and associated with your username will display on your Dashboard.

To use the SonoSimulator® to scan virtual patients, please plug in your probe and launch the SonoSimulator from the computer where the software was installed.

If you are a SonoSim® CaseBuilder author and would like to build cases, please continue to use your separate CaseBuilder username and password at casebuilder.sonosim.com. We’ll have CaseBuilder integrated into the Dashboard in the future!

The Dashboard currently only provides access to SonoSim web products and services, such as Performance Tracker and Courses.

To scan virtual patients, please plug in your probe and launch the SonoSimulator from the computer where the software was installed.

Please continue to use your separate CaseBuilder username and password at casebuilder.sonosim.com to build cases. We’ll have CaseBuilder integrated into the Dashboard in the future!
